Guss and his Drink Decision:
Choose your own ending
I would like to introduce you to a young boy that I once new. His name was Guss,
Guss L. Ditt, to be precise. Guss was like
any other kid. He loved candy and sweet
stuff, especially if it was grape flavoured! Urp! |

On one fine allowance day, Guss' mother,
Spen, gave him his weekly $2.00. Guss placed the coin in his pocket, grabbed his in-line
skates and headed for the corner store. |
Guss already knew what he was going to get. He always got the same thing...a nice big bottle of grape drink.
« Hi Guss », Seli Ingman called as Guss skated into the store. Seli had known Guss all of his life, and didn't mind if he skated in his store. Guss was always careful.
« Hey Seli », replied Guss. « Its allowance day, and I am thirsty! »
Guss sped down to the junk-food aisle, perusing all of his choices. He finally the grape beverages and he was just about to pick up the big family-size 2-Litre plastic bottle when he saw glass bottles on the shelf below.
