Recyclable materials for the Blue Box in Ontario

	Glass - food and beverage bottles and jars
	Steel and Aluminum - food and beverage cans
	Old Corrugated Cardboard
	- flattened (and bundled where possible)
	Mixed Fibre (Paper Products)
	- Old newspapers - Old boxboard e.g. cereal boxes - Most other printed paper e.g. flyers, catalogues
	Plastic - (some types only - check with your community programme)

Not all recycling programmes collect other materials. Check your community's recycling rules before you toss anything in the trash. Programmes also change! Check back with your programme on occasion to see if new materials have been added or the rules have been changed.
