Mother Nature, Inc. Standard Contract

One - everything you do has an impact, nothing happens in this world without affecting something else, so conduct yourself to minimize the impact of each and every step you take.

Two - ultimately you have one supplier, the sun (no replacements, no substitutes, no alternatives), hence do nothing that weakens your supplier agreement.

Three - you have to deal with the distribution network - called photosynthesizers. (They have an iron clad contract with your supplier that union leaders would be envious of; it cannot be dropped or circumvented).

Four - all products and services are customized, hence there are many distributers within the network to ensure the customer gets what he or she needs; (this is why biodiversity is important).

Five - all production is based on energy which comes from your one core supplier. There are two sub-clauses:

Ergo there is NO SUCH THING AS "THROW IT AWAY", because there is no "away".

Sincerely,

Mother Nature
CEO (Chief Energy Officer)

Single source of supply

Photosynthesizers are the distribution network, they convert solar energy into chemical energy.

Only green plants can do this.

Each customer is unique

It's a small world after all.

Regulations focused on waste are under scrutiny, with an eye to take the existing 6 regulations and condense them down to 1. Some of the points under discussion include:

The Ministry is looking for input on these issues and others. Participation in this process by all stakeholders is important.
